Our candles are made from beeswax harvested during the honey extraction process. This “capping wax” is melted and filtered through muslin using solar wax melters. The result is beautiful Booger Hill Bee Company award winning wax.
Pure, natural wax harvested this way varies in color from light yellow to medium yellow.
Each candle is hand poured and we only use 100% cotton wicks.
When our candles burn the golden halo cleans the air by emitting balanced negative ions.
For Best Results
- Keep burning candles sheltered from drafts
- Before re-lighting your candle ensure the wick is trimmed back to about ¼ inch
- Always use a candle snuffer to extinguish your candle flame
If your candle develops a “bloom” on its surface, doesn’t worry simply wipe the candle with a soft cloth to restore its natural luster. This “bloom” is proof positive that your candle is 100% pure beeswax!
